1 Introduction & Definitions

3 Account Registration

3.1 — Registration Process

Providing incorrect information may result in a failed account verification and possible forfeiture of funds.

3.2 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out using your account. 3.3 — Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each player may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person, family, or household are detected, all such accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional verification may be required in some cases. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

Newly registered players at bkd33 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. Or if you deposit ৳34,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳54,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Please note that wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 — Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonus balance may be used to place bets.
• Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bkd33 reserves the right to cancel it.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; unused bonuses are cancelled upon expiry.

5.4 — VIP Program

Regular players can enjoy weekly cashback through our VIP program. The program is divided into five tiers:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bkd33 platform are supplied by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. General gameplay rules are as follows:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• bkd33 will not be responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• The outcomes of RNG (Random Number Generator) based games are determined entirely by a random process.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

5. Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.

If a player is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, bkd33 may immediately suspend or terminate the account and forfeit the associated balance.

10 Account Termination

bkd33 may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of accounts that have been inactive for a long period (prior notice will be given).

No bonus balance will be returned after account cancellation. The return of real money will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

bkd33 will not be held responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Losses caused by software or hardware faults on the player's own device.
• Losses caused by unauthorized use of a player's login credentials (if the player themselves shared them with a third party).
• Losses caused by unexpected technical errors or disruptions during server maintenance.
• Expected but unrealized profits from gaming.

In any circumstance, bkd33's total liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no specific guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is given.

12 Amendment of Terms
